To begin with, campus safety is a top priority for public welfare. Outside the kindergarten wall at our school lies a piece of vacant, overgrown land. In summer, it becomes covered with weeds and dead branches, creating an ideal breeding ground for mosquitoes and insects, as well as a hiding place for snakes, posing a serious threat to young children's safety—a problem that has long troubled both the school and parents. Nevertheless, due to restrictions regarding land ownership and management authority, our school lacks the power to carry out comprehensive remediation on our own, leaving this hazard unresolved.

What's more, after our school reported the issue to Party building advisor Wang Mingnan, he immediately went on-site to assess the impact of the land plot on the school's environment and safety, promptly relaying the relevant information to the disciplinary inspection team stationed at the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau. Moreover, the next morning, the disciplinary inspection team, together with the Municipal Land Acquisition and Reserve Center, braved the rain to conduct a site inspection, identify key problems, and discuss remediation measures. Within just one week, the Land Acquisition and Reserve Center completed comprehensive cleanup of the vacant land, completely eliminating hazards posed by snakes and insects. Thus, the surrounding campus environment was significantly improved, earning unanimous praise from teachers, students, and parents alike.

Additionally, in order to completely eliminate potential hazards, the Land Acquisition and Reserve Center stated that it would expedite the development and utilization of the site. If development cannot be carried out in the short term, green transformation will be implemented to create a convenient pocket park. Therefore, not only does this approach address the long-standing environmental issues around the school at their root but also revitalizes idle land and improves the living environment in the area, thus achieving multiple improvements in safety, environment, and public welfare.

In a nutshell, our school will rely on the learning and education on the concept of performance assessment. More remarkably, taking the pragmatic and people-oriented style of Party building advisors Wang Mingnan, the municipal land acquisition and reserve center, and the discipline inspection group stationed at the municipal natural resources and planning bureau as benchmarks, it will lead all the Party member teachers to remember their original intention of educating people, actively solve various problems in the campus, ensure the safety of teachers and students, and sincerely provide education that satisfies the people.
